This audio visual therapy is a human-made, carefully crafted experience designed to provide deep emotional processing and help you liberate yourself from doubts, worries and fear. Our art is an ever evolving practice and therefore we wanted to bring some love to a previous project that we felt deserved some polishing.

Getting into and maintaining a flow state is a difficult task, and falling out of it is natural. The key is to keep getting back up, keep trying even when you fail and allow yourself to not be perfect, as there is no such thing.
