Life is inevitably difficult at times, and more challenges we will face along the way. These are avenues we have to face to be able to appreciate when life brings us joy, love and laughter.

Alive comes from a very real place.

I've faced struggle with my mental health for a greater extent of my life, when I reached my absolute low I wanted to end it.

At what seemed to be the end of my story, I heard a voice encouraging me to keep my flame alive, to carry on one small step at a time, that the stillness, the peace and the joy I've always dreamed of was just a few steps away.

The voice was right, now I'm here in this infinite ocean of love, trust and joy.

Whenever you're lost in the forest, remember, the forest isn't lost, stand still and guidance will find you.
